Littmann Cardiology IV in navy blue is a cardiology stethoscope with a double-sided chestpiece and a tunable diaphragm on both sides. The chestpiece is 40% larger and the bell 60% deeper than the Classic III.

The Cardiology IV has a double-sided chestpiece with a tunable diaphragm on both sides. The chestpiece is 40% larger and the bell 60% deeper than the Classic III, giving considerably better reproduction of low-frequency sounds such as an S3 gallop.
Construction
The tubing is made of Next Generation Tubing – latex-free and phthalate-free. The dual-lumen design eliminates noise from tubing contact. The stainless steel chestpiece withstands daily clinical use. Included: soft eartips in two sizes.
