- If you wish to contact us, please send an email to order@hjartgruppen.se stating your matter and your contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.
- Orders

- If anything in the order confirmation is incorrect, you must contact us immediately by email at order@hjartgruppen.se.
- You accept our terms and conditions of purchase and our privacy policy by clicking the ”Complete order” button at checkout on medstuff.se.
- Delivery
- Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days. Deviations may occur, particularly in periods of high order volumes. Please note: orders placed at weekends are dispatched no earlier than the following Monday.
- Stock levels shown on the website may differ from our actual stock levels because they are updated in different systems. This may mean that an item is sold out even though it is shown as available on the website; our actual stock levels may usually lag by up to one day.
- Should delivery be delayed (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address order@hjartgruppen.se; we usually respond within 72 hours.
- Force Majeure
- We reserve the right for delivery to take longer in the event of, for example, operational disruptions, strikes, Force Majeure, or delays within the carriers' distribution networks, as well as other unforeseeable events beyond our control.
- Prices
- All prices in the store are stated including VAT. The VAT is specified at checkout.
- We reserve the right to make price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list and errors in prices resulting from incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
- Right of withdrawal
- When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you have received an item you have ordered.
- 5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
- You must notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The notification must be sent to us at order@hjartgruppen.se. Your notification must clearly state your name, your address, email address, the order number and which items the return concerns.
- You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.
- You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery and condition of the products when returned; the products should therefore be sent well packed and in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared with the item's original value in the case of a used or damaged product.
- 5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Products in the nature of sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.
- Custom-made products that have been made especially for you or that have a clear personal character in accordance with your wishes.
- Services that have been fully performed where you have expressly consented to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal.
- Goods that may deteriorate rapidly, such as food.
- Single issues of newspapers or magazines. For more information on the statutory right of withdrawal, see here.
- Complaints and claims
- We inspect all products before they are dispatched to you. Should the product nevertheless be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect free of charge.
- You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
- The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
- 6.1 How do you make a complaint?
- Any faults and defects must always be reported to order@hjartgruppen.se, stating your name, your address, email address, order number and a description of the defect.
- If we are unable to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We pay the return shipping for approved complaints.
- We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective under applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes), see arn.se.
- Limitation of liability
- Parcels sent to a pickup point are held for 14 days from the date the parcel arrives. If you as a customer do not collect your parcel, it will be returned to Hjärtgruppen. In the event of an uncollected parcel, we reserve the right under Section 41 of the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (KKL) to charge you as a customer the costs of return shipping and handling. You will be charged a minimum fee of 199 SEK for an uncollected parcel.
- Limitation of liability
- We accept no liability for indirect damage that may arise as a result of the product.
- We accept no liability for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, for example, labour disputes, fire, war, decisions by public authorities, or reduced or failed delivery from a supplier.
