Returns

As a customer, you can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it. For a return, you must contact us in advance, whereupon we will create a return and send you a shipping label. We may make a deduction from the price for any reduction in value. The cost of a return is SEK 50, which is deducted from the payment.
